Welcome to the forums.

Get 13/26 428 pitch sprockets and use #40 chain. The 26 rear is a Suzuki steel sprocket (1988 LT80). The 13 can be ordered (hetrick racing). Maybe the Midwest guy has 13's.
Cut the rear clutch shoes down to 180 grams each.
Try removing a roller or 2.

Lt80 what does cutting. The. Shoes. Down do? And will that hearing make it slower or faster?

Cutting the shoes down increases stall speed.
That gearing will be faster.

These centrifugal clutched use centrifugal force to engage the belt...if you lower the mass you will need more rotation to shift out...in the case of the secondary, it will stay in a lower gear (greater belt diameter) longer with the less mass...when Jack say "faster" he means quicker...

Jack - correct me if I mis-spoke

Will reeds from Midwest do anything that I will notice? And I'm not really in for cutting the rear shoes down, but what will it do if I take a roller out or 2 probably take 2 so it evens out... since there's 6.

You might notice something. Not much.
Prolly get reeds off of ebay cheaper.

I think of an engine as a lung...air/fuel in, air/gases out. Any upgrade upstream or downstream is limited to the system as a whole. Now there is usually room for stock equipment to handle more (the LT80 exhaust for example), but in reality you want to improve the entire system to gain maximum efficiency and power output...
