08 king quad
 

I just traded for an 08 king quad 400fs. I need to change the fliuds on it but i dont know what i can use in the engine, trans, front and rear diffs. I dont use this for racing or high activity so something cheap would be good.

Good quality lubricants are much cheaper than repairs or rebuilds. Do go with a good quality synthetic lube for engine and diffs. Look in owners manual for recommendations of look up the owners manual if you don't have one. Getting cheap on your lube will cost you more in the long run....much more!!

Go look it up, many places to get manuals and specifications on any make or model atv, utv, motorcycle etc. If ya plan on keepin the machine your gonna need one anyway!!

EP80 or 90 gear oil in the front & rear diffs. Any engine oil that is suitable for motorcycles, around SAE 10W-40 in the sump, the engine oil runs through the gearbox(es). Check the front and rear prop shaft UJs, if it has any miles on it they will have been changed, and aftermarket ones have grease nipples, grease them if they have.

Here's my suggestion for motor= Shell Rotella T6 , its friendly for wet clutches. Use in all of my Arctic Cats, including the Suzuki motors, 400 and 500. Blackstone Labs verified low wear. Cheap at Walmart and Tractor Supply. That Suzuki 400 is a great motor, don't put crap oil in it. I use synthetic 80/90
