If a person was to buy a new frame for a LT500R, would it be best to go w/ laeger or lonestar? And for new swing arms and A arms? Just curious, thanks.....
|
Lonestar does not offer a LT500R frame last I knew. I don't think that Leager does either. For a-arms and stuff I think they are probably about the same. If Timmyboy makes a-arms for the big Zuke then I would go with them. You can adjust your wheels in every possible direction with them to improve handling.

I'm not sure anyone makes frames anymore. Call both and ask and if they do, what are the prices, and when can it be built because some shops are behind 6 months or more.
|
For A-Arms and stuff you could prolly go with Lonestar cuz its just as strong and cheaper! just my 2 cents!

<< For A-Arms and stuff you could prolly go with Lonestar cuz its just as strong and cheaper! just my 2 cents! >> When I bought my Laeger a-arms for $577 from Nacs, Lonestars were like $675 and it would take a couple months to get them. Have they drastically lowered their prices or something? |
thats some cheap a arms!
|
My bad Guido i thought that Laeger's used to be more expensive on their stuff, cuz lonestar swingarms used to be cheaper and i thought the A-arms were too but im not sure, i may be wrong!
By the way where can you get Laegers stuff at, do they have a website, or is there anywhere you can get a catalog or anything? Thanx |
I like LSR products. They do tend to be a tad cheaper than Laeger, but, LSR is my preferance. You can see everything Laeger offers at Nacs. As for Zilla frame, I wouldn't know where to tell you, but I'm sure you could call Nacs and they would tell you.

Also,
LSR's race a arms are fully adjustable, and can be bought for $734.00 |
