Z won't start!
 

Hey guys I have a problem. I've been working on dialing in my Z and have been rejetting. Well after I put in the new main jet, it refuses to start. I'm not sure if it's flooded or what. I would wait like 20 minutes but still no luck. Not sure what to do and am trully confused! Thanks

when we rejetted my friends Z, it was really hard to start without using the choke when it was cold, it still isnt easy to start when cold but if you use the choke and let it warm up it runs fine, it normally fires right up, but as long as its warm'd up............. Try using the choke......... you might need to bump the pilots up........ double check and make sure you hooked everything up right.........

Put it on prime (PRI) to allow gas into the bowl , make sure the idle adjust is not turned all the way down
Did you adjust the air screw ?? What size jet did you put in ?

Hey thanks for the quick responses guys. It turns out that it was an easier solution than I thought it would be...I went back out to try again and it still wouldn't work, so I start to look around the quad and right there dangling around the engine is the spark plug! My friend had done a plug check on it and forgot to put the thing back in!!! Oh man he just received a beating!

FsT4WrD-I took the lid off and put in a DJ 150 and it runs great. The air screw is 3 1/2 turns out, I only changed the main jet.
