Cant Idle after choke is disengaged

I have a 2005 LTZ400 I can not get the motor to idle after I let the choke out, I disassembled the carb changed the jet needle cleaned out ports still no resolve

You need to clean the pilot jet out. They have VERY small passages.

Ok I got it to run with the choke off, I need to know if you know where the mixture adjustment screw is the bike is now popping real bad, thanks so much
