2001 325 polaris won't idle
 

removed old gas from carb installed new needle and seat assembley and it will only idle with choke pulled out about a half inch.

If you have the carb cleaned and fuel shutoff filter(if equipped) cleaned good. Then try adjusting carb and see if that helps. Also if the old gas is still in the fuel tank it needs to be disposed of.

yeah first thing i would say is the idle screw. did you mess with it when you cleaned the carb at all? maybe it needs to be set again.
