350 Warrior stalls when hot and won't crank til it's cool
 

I have a 1995 Yamaha Warrior 350. The problem is when it gets hot (5-10 min of riding) it starts to run like crap (breaks up) and stalls. It will not start until it cools down.
We did a new air filter, oil filter, oil and cleaned the carb.:huh:
Any help would be much appreciated.:nod:

my out lander is doing the same thing is your bottom end bogging out when you hammer it mine im taking apart saturday i know its the valves need edjusting it sounds like same problem have any thing been edjusted with them sence new id lean there first a check your clearance

Has the top end ever been rebuilt with a new piston kit
without re-boring the cylinder?
New piston in an out of round cylinder with cause binding when temps get up to normal or higher temps.
Engine cools down, piston shrinks, and engine turns over again.
