Default Gas leaking 2005 Yamaha Kodiak 450

I have a 2005 Yamaha 450 Kodiak that leaks gas. When I turn on the gas from off to on gas leaks out the overflow tube attached to the carburetor. Any help with would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

You may have some dirt stuck between the float needle and seat Remove the float bowl on the bott of your carburetor , push out the pin holding the float onto the carb and take out the float and inspect and clean the needle and seat. Reinstall the float , needle and bowl and see if the problem is solved
