Hard to find the first year 325 manual,but here is a 2002 manual for for 5 bucks.2002 Polaris Magnum 325 Service Manual PDF Download Major differences will be plastic,decals,etc,but mechanical and electrical will be close.

 

Thank you. I wonder what's different between the year models? I'm going to buy a paper manual when I get the money, but the downloadable will work until then.

 

Most of the changes on the early 325 machines were to the oil cooler and oil lines. Kits came out for changing to threaded fittings versus the clamp on lines at the engine that had a habit of blowing off.The 325 only lasted from 2000 to 2002 and replaced with the 330. The 2003 330 was the first machine to replace the regulator/rectifier and separate fuses with the ecm modules that caused problems. You've got the better electrical system as far as reliability for the most part.
