Default 1000+ mile rider report on 05 Grizz

[One thing I noticed with the 04 is the top speed when it was new was 69 mph on the guage. After about 500 miles, the top speed is about 65. Someone said it is because of the belt wear. Has anyone else had this happen.
I noticed that on my SP 600. When I first got it, it would run about 65 on speedometer, today I got close to the top speed, and it read about 60. Idk if I just wasnt at top speed or what, I only ran it about 500 yrds, but it seemed like it was about 3-4 mph slower????
Oh well, Its not like I'm running that fast anyways.

Something else, today is the first time I have had it over about 35 mph in about 9 mths. I had a huge hunk of mud inside my tire from a time when I pused the tire off the rim. It would shake really bad after about 30 mph. LOL, I just got that fixed today. It looked like chocolate milk in my tire. Check out the pic on my page, you can see the time I pused the tire off the rim.

putting the 589s, on with itp rims
i can only do about 57 to 60
that extra weight cuts me down a little in top end
but 589s chew in mud.......

I heard somwhere if you drill holes in the plastic below the tank the steam will come out of the holes and then it wont get in the air box

Other than tank decals, what is the difference in '03 through '05's?
