Opinions needed on Tires
I have bear claws on the rear of my Rancher 2x4. Very happy with them. 6 ply with rim protector. My friend has dirt devils...seem like a good tire, but he has had 2 flats in a few months. No flats with the bear claws. They are a huge improvement over stock. Mudlites get alot of hype, but I have no experience with them. Good luck with the purchase. Check out RIDETHERED.COM. They did a test on the bear claws.

Thanks to all for the input........I had not heard of the Dirt Devils but with all the replies, I'm sure going to check them out.
I did notice that a friends Bear Claws .....26" measure 24" to the top of the tread.....and my old factory 25" Dunlops measure .....25" !
I need to be careful about increasing the diameter due to a power consideration.....its a 400 Eiger, so I'm not inclined to increase tire size........I'm not sure how to size the Bear Claws, should I go that direction.

HollyWood go with the ITP Holeshot ATR. If you liked your stock tires you will love these! Like RidinLCWA said Radials are the way to go especialy if you riding trails and want the best control for your machine. They also work great in snow! All the mudlites and Claws are fine but not as smooth and tend to tear up trails more, etc. They also arn't radials so you lose some traction that way and they tend to wear faster than radials.
The ATR's are also a light tire so you won't lose any horsepower plus they are 6ply to help guard against holes in the tires.
