I was the first in my local territory with a Brute Force now fudgin everyone is getting one, so much for being unique lol. Holler -joe
I respect your reply. The bottom line is pretty much all the big bore quads are great in some area and pretty good it the rest. There has yet to be a quad made that is the best in everything and I doubt it will ever happend b/c we live in a physical imperfect world. That being said, the best thing someone can do is analyze their riding style and determine their needs before buying a quad. I am blessed to be able to afford both a 750bf with mods and now a polaris 800 X2 DLX. And I use them for different things. They both can do everything very good, but some things the bf750 is slightly better and some things the polaris 800 X2 is slightly better. Anyway, good point.

CamoKodiak450, that is a heck of a way to acquire a new Grizzly but I'm glad it sounds like your daughter's friend is making a recovery. I have a feeling that incident will make her a lot smarter when it comes to riding, I hope so anyway. She is very lucky as a crash like that could have turned out a lot worse...

I agree and hope you enjoy your new Grizz. If it wasn't for the power of the outty I would have a 700Grizz too.

I used to own a 750 Brute, it was a lot of fun in it's own way. It is more powerful than the Grizzly that is true, but not by a lot. Having a lot of experience with both machines I can tell you that I would take the Brute over my 660 Grizzly, but not over my 700 Grizzly. The 700 is just more fun and comfortable to ride over any other 4x4 Ute class machine that I have ridden to date...

I have mine set at 15 after experimenting with different numbers. That number seemed to give me the best overall performance, idle smoothness and responsiveness. This is with stock air filter, air box and exhaust...

I think the Sportsman 800 would be way better It might be hevier than the
Grizzly. But it out pulles and it is faster the grizzly. the grizzly is 602 lb and the sportsman is 770 lb. But the Sportsman is faster and can pull 1500 lb the grizzly can only pull 1212 lb.
