Do i need it, what is it for, what is it?

What year and brand of ATV do you have? It looks to me that there are 2 male and 2 female harnesses there. Maybe a safety on a kid's quad....? It would limit how fast the quad could go if that's the case.

Well my electrical chain on my atv hummer 125cc got messed up, theres no spark but i dont know is this thing needed, in most atv electric chains theres nothing like that so still idk, do you also have an hummer 125cc electric chain would be very appreciated thanks

No, I don't have a Hummer. But, that makes me think it is a Chinese built quad. Try asking in the Chinese Quad section of the forums. Maybe someone in there has seen this harness there.
