Can anyone share with me the pro's and con's of the v plow made by cycle country?

PRO:

If the snow isn't too deep, you have a looonnnnggg drive, and want all the snow pushed to one side, you can just U-turn at the end and go back and forth, instead of either having to reverse the plow, or go 'empty' one direction.
You can turn them into a 'backwards V' for pushing gravel or loose dirt without it spilling it off the sides.

Cons:
Heavier & more complex than a standard plow
