Best places to ride in New York(Enid area)

Best places to ride in New York(Enid area)
My grandparents live in cleveland, NY near off of lake oneida(spelling?)
My future wife and I will be taking a trip up there over the summer and I was wondering what good areas there are for riding. We both ride sport quads but she doesn't leave the ground too much. She doesn't mind getting a little muddy once in a while though. So, I am looking for an area that may have an mx track for myself but also need some trails...camping, swimming etc would also be a plus. If I remember right cleveland is about an hour from syracuse. I'm not neccisarily afraid to drive so let me know whats around.
