K, me and a couple buddies are seniors in highschool and want to go to some dunes for spring break in the end of march. We were kind of thinking about going to silver lake, but were not sure if their is snow or not in march there. If there is snow, it would be pointless to go. We are from Cloquet, minnesota, right by duluth and not wanting to drive more then 20 hours or so. Any one know of any hidden treasure places to go or know about silver lake in march? thanks

 

i dont know anything about silver lake, and i dont know how far it is away for you, but theres a place called the little sahara... i think its in oklahoma... not positive... im planning a trip next summer.... i hear its an awesome place to ride... lots of sand dunes etc..... you can probly find plenty about it just by searching for it in the where to ride forums or google... good luck have fun

 

Silver lk does not open until april,as far as snow goes,who knows its Mi
