Default Any new/old/good places to ride in Southeast Kansas?

Just curious if there are any new ATV places to ride, or perhaps places I hadn't heard of. What I have heard of, but have not been to is some place in Coffeyville, KS. not sure where it is at though. I have also heard there is a place at John Redmond, I've been horseback riding there, on the north side of the damn, east side of the lake. While on the horse trail, I passed several ATVers so I asume it is a universal trail. I also hear there is a place to ride on the south end of the damn, but haven't been there. I've also heard of, but not been to, Tuttle Creek, although I'm sure I can get directions to that place as I have a couple of friends that have taken their Jeeps there.

The wife and I are just looking for places to ride that would be fun to explore but not get to beat up doing it. We have 4x4 utility ATVs, not sport quads. If there are other places around some of you know about, I'd aprecciate the info.

Directions to Coffeyville riding area - Go to Coffeyville. You will come on town on 11th street. Go
through town to the 4th stoplight.(Wal-Mart will be on the left
Ladies!!!) Turn right at light go to "T" intersection. turn left
then approx. 1 block turn back right on Cline. Go north out of town
approx. 5 miles after the last stopsign. As road curves to the left
stay right take the next right go approx. 1 1/2 miles to North Dam
area. Unload there and have fun.

If you are coming from Okla./Tulsa area - Take 169 north out of
Tulsa area to Coffeyville. At 1st stoplight turn left go 3 more
stoplights and follow directions above from the Wal-Mart light.

There is approx. 600+ acres of trails all over the area some real
good hillclimbs and trail riding.... I have ridden there approx. 15+ years and there is a litle bit of different riding for everybody.

There is a riding area west of Salina - To get there go to Pryor,Ok go east on Hy 20 Just before you go over the bridge west of Lake Hudson near Salina turn right (South) Go 4 miles it will deadend at the Slaina ORV Riding area. Also Racechick73 can give you directions to Disney riding area. John Redmond ATV Area is the area you discribed. Mainly trails and mud.

We also have directions to different riding areas on our website: www.nwaatvrc.freehomepage.com

You and the Mrs might try the AtoZguestranch@yahoo.com it is in the SE corner of Oklahoma and an absolutely wonderful place to ride. They also have guide service available if you want. We go their at least twice a year and never ride the same trails.
