yea, i would like to hear more info on this richland furnace if u could please tell more?

 

i can make it to richland furnace in about an hour and a half to 45 mins. Just mapquest to byer ohio. There will be a sighn that takes you to the parking area. I closes like many parks to in like nov or somthing but there is a parking area in vinton couny that is just a few mins from the original entrece. Ill get back to you on how to get there.

 

Well, I had the day off today, and thought I would try out both Richland furnace and Pike state forest riding areas, I got to richland furnace about ten this morning and only stayed about an hour. It was small and there were alot of deer hunters in the area, so out of respect for the hunters, I left and headed over to Pike state forest, this is a good place to ride, trials are longer and fast with plenty of hillclimbs.
