Default Shoudl I let the Yamaha dealership do the mods

how do u rejet? im only 15 still learning, and how much does it cost, does it do a big difference?

Most of the time those yamaha dealers will jew ya on the cash so do it your self its just a few bolts and springs man. And listen to wallstreet too, the pro flow is a good idea because the stock setup sucks.

About the filters - if you ride in sand get the K+N pro-flow, if you ride in dirt or dusty conditions get the foam pro-flow.

The K+N is easier to clean sand out of and it flow slightly more air. The foam (actually a Uni brand filter) is far better at trapping really small debris like dust and fine dirt and protects your engine more.

Try to do the jetting yourself. I started by having the Yamaha dealer do it, but it takes a while and at $50/hour for labor it gets expensive fast. They never got it right so I started doing it myself. And putting on the pipe, it is a piece of cake, only 6 bolts to tighten.
