What is the difference between, lets say, a stock, and gyt-r clutch plate itself, besides the stiffer springs? Is it ok to mix them up? I have a new stock clutch, and a few good gyt-r plates, is it ok to mix and match them?

 

I would imagine aftermarket are made of tougher materials to handle more power and abuse. I think could mix and match them and it wouldn't hurt anything, it just wouldn't be as strong as a full aftermarket. Just IMO

 

when i installed my Barnett i could tell no diffrence in looks or proformance over my stocker... i guess its jus so u can say u have it.

 

Most aftermarket clutches are made out of stronger material, They will last longer and hold up to more HP.
