World's fastest raptor goes 4.5 and lower today
 

I just got a call on the world's fastest raptor did a 4.4 his first run today at Texas Sand Drags. Bob Craycraft and Crafty did a little tuning on it last night. Bob said he hopes it gets into the 4.2's before bracket racing starts today. Last night Raptorrcr (ryan 730 craycraft) was in the 4.9's. The number of Craycraft raptors in the sub 5 second range is growing. Just the local Craycraft raptors that are below 5 seconds are Crafty(race gas 686), Dollarbillz (alky 686 will a little NOS) and Ryan (730 race gas and a 10 shot of NOS) Of the local Craycrafts only Raptorridertx and myself have not dipped below 5 seconds.

He just ran a 4.36 @ 72mph a short while ago and still room for improvement.

Last night the bike was running good(Im back on race gas...so all you alcohol haters can suck it). It's still running real rich..but that will come later on. Im going to put 39's on it and get rid of that pos manifold. If anyone is in the market for some 35 FCR's..I have some[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] The 10 paddle triple buffs are NOT cutting it. There was a roost 12+ ft high last night all the way down the track from those tires spinning. I didnt get a chance to run the 14 paddles, but Im definitely going up in paddle next time around.

Ryan's 730 has a lot of potential in it. I was watching his HP go up in roost all the way down the track on a way to a 4.9
