I'm running 9 paddle rippers (extreme taller haulers) on my YFZ and they rock - solid kick @ss paddle.

Just a quick question. What does the triple buff or double buff stand for? And what is the difference between the two?

For that I would think 23-11-8 9 or 10 extreme paddles triple buff if you have alot of power and an extra long swing-arm you could run a few more paddles.

remember that you can drastically effect the amount of hook up and traction that you get by going up or down with your air pressure.i realize that almost everyone is aware of the fact that higher pressure generally means less traction and lower pressure means more but a paddle tire is affected much more by adjusting the pressure than a knobby so i would keep that in mind.a regular hauler should work just fine for you but if there is more dirt than sand you will need a considerable amount of power to keep them spinning. it is impossible to give a recommendation on how many paddles to run without knowing your horsepower so you may want to add that info to your post.

duneittilludie... I'm running a 727 trinity. I've never had it on a dyno, but I know that theres not a tire I've put on it yet that it won't spin for the first 20-30ft down the track. I am running the "4 Snow" tires now they do great down the track but I am spining BAD on take off.

Sixsix... I am runnig a +6 tucker arm, but I think I am going to try the stock arm with a wheelie bar to see if I can get a little more off the line. I have made some solid struts and putting on the stock arm to see what that set up will do.

PingMaster aka Beechman... LOL I think I made him mad in another thread, and now he is not going to share his wisdom with me!

Thanks again for the info. This has really helped me out. I may stay away from the "taller haulers" stick with the extrems at about an 8-10 paddle.
