well sometimes at a low idle when it missfires.. it'll just shutoff

Tell it to hold it's breath and take ten sips of water[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] Just kidding pal. My Wolvy seems to do the same think... worse when its cold...I know the cause of mine is not the slide plunger or the other plunger-(choke??) both of them have been replaced lately. I agree with it probably being the float set a little bit off. Let us know what you find.

I'm not so sure that its the float heigt because when i lean out the mixture screw and it makes it even worse. So i think it's to lean.

A too low float level can cause the idle circuit to not pull enough fuel, and a little air sucked in could lean out the mixture just enough to kill the motor, that could be why leaning the mixture out made it worse. I guess I'll know more after I pull my carb apart and check it out.

Default Warrior Hickup

On my warrior, i dought that its not getting enough air because i have a K&N airfilter and the air box lid off.

95Wolv did ya ever find those factory flaps? I may have a lead on another set of used ones...no luck on new old stock at the local dealer. PM me if your interested.

I think I figured out hats wrong on mine and maybe yours is the same thing, all i did was clean the 3 little wholes in front of the round valve. what happened was the engine wasn't getting enough fuel because those pilet holes were pluged. WELL, thanks for the help.
