to bead or not to bead?
 

Was thinking about getting a pair of beadlocks for the rear on my banshee. Anyone know were to get them cheaper than others, are they worth the money? thanks

If you race, yes, they are worth the money. Althought I don't have them and have never gotten a flat, but in mx, as much as quads tangle, someone could pop your bead, or if you're in a rocky area. For trail riding...you shouldn't, but if you experience a lot of flats due to sliding into things, then yes, they will prevent flats.

I agree - Depends on if ya need them. How many times have ya knocked the tire off the bead ? If never - youre probably fine without them. If ya race and it's an issue go for it.. IMO
