Default Need help with tires

i have just recently purchased a 02 grizz, it has stock tires on it which aren't very good at all in the mud.
i was thinking of 28" Mudlites, is there anyone out there that put 28 on there Grizz and if so was there any MOD'S needed or did they fit???????? HELP

I have an 03 grizz only 250 miles but hated the stock dunlops so i put itp midlites 26x10-12's front and 26x12-12's rear and they improved the ride 100%. also i didn't have to change the rims. i know you can go to 27's without changing rims not for sure about the 28's though.

Just put 27" 589's om my 03 - 660 - Do not know if 28"'s would have fit without rubbing. Back tires on the front side of wheel well is close, only about 1 1/2" to spare. Hope this helps...
