lol oh yeah that's for sure
i like to ride in the snow except for that it's much colder, and in my opinion if you have good tires(not racing tires) i feel that sport quads go just as good as the 4x4's as long as you don't give it full throttle. only in shallow snow though prolly anything up half way to the top of the tire a sport quad would get stuck. just my opinion though

make sure things that need to be lubed, like the chain, get lubed. try and keep it clean - thats tougher here anyway. nuts and bolts are gonna loosen up no matter the season.... I think mine gets a harder workout in warm weather, since i ride longer. Once I start getting cold....i head fort he truck, usually half what we usually do, not always.

but man, powder snow!!!!! it is too cool

Yeah I think it can be alot of fun to play in the snow. The cold weather sure can be hard on the operator though. I think Yamaha reccomends a lighter oil for cold temps. On my machine I use 20w-40 in the summer and 10w-30 in the winter.

I ride my Z250 in the snow and man o man does the snow really make you feel like your quad gained 20 horsepower cause of all the spinning!
