HELP----Raptor won't rev!
Raptor suddenly won't rev beyond 3000 (guess)! This is while running on the flat. It feels as if the rev limiter is kicking in at low revs I checked all the valves for proper clearance, verified fuel flow, removed air cleaner, removed silencer and still the same Any ideas???
