One of my firends bought his girl a Kawasaki Latoka and now she wants something and i was wondering what we should buy for her she is used to riding my raptor and my brother blaster. so what should we look at

she wants somting that will wheelie easy because she wants to learn how and she wants somthing with plenty of power i told her i wish yamaha made a YFZ400 that would be perfect

400 would be perfect but no reverse and its a honda im trying to break her of that her family big honda fans

so maybe a little info thanks

 

I would say get her the new Yamaha Raptor 350. If you can't wait a couple months, a Z400 is a nice machine based on my ownership.

the raptor 350 is a bike yamaha is supposedly releasing very soon. If its real i would go with that. Otherwise get off the yamaha bus and go buy a z400 or kfx400 for her

 

i agree the 350 raptor might work

but it sounds like she might enjoy a little more power

maybe z400 or 450r type power


I may buy a 350 raptor (sounds like a great all purpose bike (for the buddies to ride) (they wont kill themselves)

i would suggest either a kawisukicat 400, or the new 350 yammi if it really comes out.

EDIT: Scratch that, the 350 will still be a 2 valve design like the warrior. kawisukicat all the way.

 

Get the z400 for her, it's a great all around machine.

 

Z400 - IMO.
Much more modern engine and suspension compared to a 400ex.
Also, it has reverse. In stock form it's a good all around tight trail-to-dune quad.

A used 400ex is the cheapest approach if youre on a budget......
