Default raptor stock carb modified by craycraft or others?
what does craycraft and others do the stock carb to make it better and is it worth the money. Does it perform better and how much does it cost.

For what its worth, Sparks racing did my oem carbs at first and it made a big difference on my 690.

Modding the stock carbs is a MUST for a good running 686 IMO, not just for performance but for reliabiliy as well.

I'm just interested. What does Sparks do to their stock carbs for a 690?

From what I hear is that he machines his needles and drills out the jets to a certain size. If you really want to know, send him your carbs, then tear them down....

I was planning to have a guy at the local shop bore them out to 34.5mm. I'm just wondering what the big shops are charging for this stuff.

I had my stock carbs modded pretty dang good and they ran good besides the jumping part,,,

The stock carbs couldent handle it..JMO

How much does it cost to do this and does this mod just deliver more fuel or does it increase the overall performance
