I think the thing screams off road, faster top end off road than before. I did lose a couple MPH on the pavement, but can reach my new top speed alot faster. TWO THUMBS UP! Does the Warrior have a REV limiter?

Hey i got a question for you. First where did you get the sprocket at? How much was it?

I only run on pavement and straight away drag racing only. Which sprocket would you suggest for me?

Also how did the Alba System work for you? Did you get one on their site for $279.00? All i got is Nitrous on my bike. Im wanting to add a pipe and some other odds and ends. I know their are some mods i can do before going unto the motor.

Thanks for your answers in advance. Im looking to buy a lowering kit for mine from CFM. Front and rear for under $150.00. But anyways thanks

Bought the sprocket from Rockymountainatv for $9.99, It winds extremely tight now in 6th gear and seems to run faster off-road. If you drag a 100 yards my guess would be a better ETA and MPH, but dont know for sure. I love the alba pipe I have beat two warriors with my stock sprocket on, one had a DG pipe the other a FMF. I dont think you can beat the ALBA system, price and performance wise. Thats my two cents.

I found a good change by going to the 12T too on my Warrior. Offroad you're able to hit the higher speeds more easily, but top out quicker too .. fastest I've had mine with the 12/40 gearing was 102km/h (63mph). I have since increased on the rear from 40 to 42, but haven't had a good run yet. I do know that on pavement I can hit 80km/h (50mph) in no-time at all!! The torque on it is just incredible now. I've estimated that I will top out somewhere around 98km/h - 100km/h.

The Warrior does not have a rev limiter. It's naturally limited by the valve system. It just can't flow the intake/exhaust at the high revs .. what ends up happening is the valves will begin to float (never fully open or closed) and you will loose the power required to increase revs beyond a certain point. With stiffer valve springs you should be able to squeeze a bit more out, but the engine is still restrictive on how much flow you can push through.
