Thanks alot guys, i was always leaning towards yammy for the 450, but how does the 450 compare to the raptor in all around speed.....say they were both on a flat pavement going down a straight road....I know the raptor will have it (660 vs 450) but by how much....and where is the power in the 450...like where will i feel that insane powerband.... Once again thanks a lot, and for any raptor fans out there, its a fast bike...I'm hoping i can get the same tug on my arms from the yfz...

 

depends how long you want to race down that road. If you race 300' or so then yfz will have it no problem. But once the yfz tops out (in the low 70's) then the raptor is going to catch up and pass you. But how often do any of us top out our bikes?

 

Ever considered a DS650??? Sounds right up your alley. freestyle (wheelies, big air), trail riding, and some dragging. I've seen Barlett Racing's stock DS (back when it was stock) beat my buddy's 04 Raptor w/ FMF Pipe, Powerbomb header, Jets, Holeshots, K&N.
