Jet Size on Raptor w/E-Series

For people with a Raptor running an aftermarket air filter, and WB E-Series slip on, what are your jet sizes, your mixture screw settings, and/or the needle settings. I set mine to the specs on the Dynojet installation sheet, but the motor stalls a little when you blip the throttle and during 1/4 throttle at contant speed (fairly high rpm), it won't stay at a constant rpm, it will hit low spots. Any help will be great. I am at Sea Level and I am now running the K&N needles on the 4th from the top and 144 and 146 jets.

Thanks,
Johnnie

When I just had the pipe and filter, my mechanic put in 146/148 with needle 3rd clip from top. If you are going to run without a lid, I would suggest going with 148/150. After you do this, check your plug (WOT pull in 5th gear, kill it and pull the clutch all while still running and check the plug) and it should be a tan/brown/rust color.

I have an E-Series slip on; no air-box lid; GYTR dual stage foam filter. I couldn't be happier w/ the way mine is running right now. My jet sizes are 160/165 w/ 25s in pilots; 2.75 turns on left and 2.25 turns on right air mixture screw; needle is on the third clip position. (i used GYTR kit, so my jet sizes do not match directly to dynojet sizes; also GYTR kit comes w/ smaller diameter replacement needles (i'm not sure if dynojet kit comes w/ those)).
