Ever heard of sarcasm?

 

how am i supposed to detect sarcasm through writing? and ive seen people go fo REALLY bad deals like that (a neigbor bought a raptor with like 300 hours on it for $9,000 and it was completly stock)

 

The wink is always a good indication of sarcasm.

 

Sorry to burst your bubble, but NOBODY bought a stock Raptor for $9,000. Either you didn't hear your neighbor right, or your neighbor was drunk when he told you that. And I had a [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] to show the wink inicating sarcasm and my signature line shows I own a modded Raptor and a stock Warrior, why would I pay 10 for a stock warrior??

If you couldnt tell he was being sarcastic, then you havent been around quads long enough. and johnny's right, there is no way he paid $9000.00 for a stock raptor with 300 hours on it, that is insane, i hope you were kidding. If you were, next time throw the [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] in for good measure.

 

unfortunatly im not kidding but i think he bought it from this guy for that much to help him with his financial troubles (thats why he was selling the rapter)

 

o yeah and i dont really pay attention to the little face things maybe i shgould more. yeah im kinda new to the forum. and this may sound really dumb but how do i make an original post? i know how to reply to them but i want to make a few of my own.
