Default Raptor Headers

I have a GYT-R Pipe on my Raptor and it is loud and it sounds great!!
My questions is if I put a powerbomb header on will it quiet it down? I ride in some areas where being a little quieter could help with not having to run from the cops. My friend has one on his 400ex and it seems much quieter, I wasn't sure if the same would happen with my raptor.

thanks

It might quiet it down a little, I'm running one and it is quieter than my 400EX was with the just a powercore slip on. I am selling mine if you are interested it is in good shape with no bends or dents. $100.00 If you are interested.

I sent you that email with my address. Thanks for the picture!!!

Did the powerbomb help with the snappy throttle response of the raptor?

I can't really tell ya about the Improvements from the pipe, Because it was on there when I bought the quad, so i've never riden a stock raptor. It always had good throttle response and power though. I am going to send your the pics right now.

BWA HAHA, i couldnt help but knowtice that u need to keep ur quad a lil quieter...heh same with me, but i open the GYTR up on weekends lol...

I bought the Silencer for it from Ronnies.com...made it 96DB instead of 103 took a fair hit outta my sick power but, i sitll have and insane amount so it aint no thing lol.

Where the hell do you get this idea to put FMF Headers on ur GYTR Muffler....LOL does this even work??????
I have the GYTR Headers on mine i got really good gains on mine. I have the CF Muffler.

It fits...I have a few friends that have powerbomb headers with different mufflers. The header fits either to the mid pipe or direct to the muffler. I don't see why it wouldn't fit!!

I love how loud it is but sometimes it draws to much attention in areas I ride in. You shouldn't see a big drop in power from 103db to 96db in fact I heard it is more of a constant flow to the muffler because the headers are larger. But I guess I will find out when I put it on.

How did you test your DB's?
