For those who have a YFZ450, the Aug issue has a full pipe shootout for it. They tested 12 different pipes. However they tested with slick tires instead of the stock tires, so the numbers will be higher then real world riding conditions. But still had some nice gains on HP.

I wish they would have dyno'd the stock set up with the jetting, the lid off, AND the baffle removed.

They didnt have any racing pipes either. They said they were only going to use the "quiet" pipes

NOPE! It was Dubach Racing pipe that won. Never heard much about them, but they said for a quiet pipe, it was the best.

Why would anybody listen to what dirtwheels says or any other magazine for that matter? It is usually all a bunch of crap...just something to do to get paid and make the magazine.
