Raptor grinding noise
His a pic of the Sprocket
When I removed the clutch I noticed the order was wrong. The fiber disc closest to the crank was the one with the cushion spring. The manual shows that the first fiber disc should be a normal disc, then obviously a metal disc, then the fiber with the cushion spring. I doubt this made a difference.
The discoloration is obviously from heat, which must be for the clutch slipping. All the metal disc look identical with the discoloration in the same spot. The fibers are uniform and within spec. I believe either the clutch springs were not torque down evenly or a faulty spring.
