Why don't you just order new ones? The upper motor mounts are bolted to the frame. I had the same issue when I had my warrior. They are way cheaper than a new welder. Just my 2 cents.

Ive been welding for 20+ years mig , tig , stick , Spray arc , Vacuum chamber . Been there dont that . Take my advice . SPEND YOUR TIME LEARING SOMETHING THAT CAN MAKE YOU MONEY AND WONT BURN SHOCK OR GAS YOU . MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE FIX YOUR TOYS .
Ok I'm dont preaching Mig is your best bet as stated before clean the area well . try a tri mix gas CO2, Helium , Argon) a little more money but it likes foreign metal better than co2 . if your welding tubing if at all possible purge the tube with inert gas while you weld it.
Stay away from flux core wire try to always use bottled gas . ,025 wire would probly work best for what your doing . If there is allready a weld try and remove as much of it as possible . then weld over that area .\
and Practice practice practice
Welding is as easy as falling off a 4 wheeler . But remembe if you want to look good falling off PRACTICE
