From my experience, most stock (or only piped) sport atvs will run somewhere in the high 5 too too mid 6 second range. Adding a wheelie bar and slamming the atv on the ground helps a lot. Without help from these items, if you go under a 5.5 (you probably will), thats respectable IMO. Don't be surprised too see everyone claiming lightning fast times running much slower.
BTW, why do you have a CDI that revs too 10K when you are done making power well before that? Also, if you are on the stock rod there is no way it's gonna stay together IMO.

Times can flucuate big time between loose and packed dirt. I juge times on what everyone else is running. 5.5 could be fast one day and 5 could be fast another. Condition of dirt makes a big diff.

We have 2 YFZ450's on Dirt

5.54 - best time stock with rejet and baffle removed
5.15 - best time with intake/pipe/cdi
5.00 - Think we are going to be here after changing to TC pipe.
