Ok. Today i'm out riding on my grandmas 18acres.. Ok alright so ok i'm riding along and i noticed that some branches are low so i get the machete(spelling?) and decided to take them down. While im choppin some of them down aroudn the pond in the back i hear this noise and i think, what is that? So I look to my right and there's some dude on a golfcart on my little track thingy.At first I thoguht it was my cousin so i go over to say hi and i realize it's NOT HIM! So then when i started coming near him( not fast) but when I started coming near him he decided to take off into a bean field. So i run up to the house right fast grab my dad's cell phone and run back to the ditch to confront this idiot. I called the cops and within 5mins there was one out there. So when the guy comes back and the cop is there I direct him to the cop. The guy got fines for destruction of property(crops),Tresspasing , And some other weird one i can't remember.. Nedless to say this 30 year old was pissed... The guy worked for a local nursery(their property borders ours).

Did he ever say why he was on your property?

Maybe he lost a golf ball or something and was just looking for it.

did he hurt your property? he was only riding... you could have just asked him to leave...
what would you think of a land owner that jus didnt want you there and called the cops on ya... then you get a bunch of fines... id be pissed... ya its not my land... but a simple... "hey man... id like it if you stayed of my property with that" would have probably solved ALL of your problems.
