I purchased DG alloy nerfs for my 01 warrior and after the 1.5 hours it took me to net them I couldnt get them to mount up!! Is there a trick? What is wrong?

 

What does not fit?

 

We had the same problem with DG's on two seperate banshees. We would up having to rebend the tubing and slot two of the mounting holes before they would fit.

are you sure they are the right nerfs, and not ones to say a banshee or some crap?

 

call dg or try to return them n get ac or something

 

Had a similar problem with DG's on my 2003 warrior. Swapped them out for new ones and those did not line up either. Ended up calling DG and the guy told me I would have to bend them to get them to fit. Why on earth would a company make something that you would need to bend to make their product fit correctly?? I sold them.

 

I had the same problem with the nerfs for my mojave[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]Looks like DG has some QA problems[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] I eventually got them to work. But, you would think, they would bolt right on.

 

one could only hope, esp with the amount of money we spend on our toys. That would be too easy though! lol [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Ordered a swingarm skid plate, belly plate, the nerfs, and some trailtech handlebars w/ the Xbar clamp... Can't wait to put it all on...

What kind of hand grips do you guys prefer??
