Default Best filter setup for wet conditions (Raptor)

First off I would like to say hello, I am new to the forum and this is my first post. Can you guys give me some opinions on what is the most free flowing setup that can be used that is ok in wet conditions? I ride in the woods a lot and there are some large mud puddles that I ride through so I want a system that flows well but I don't want to worry about the water being a problem either.

Thanks

Prodesign adapter w/ uni filter and keep your airbox and snorkel intact.

Also I would use a Outerwears prefilter that repells water. I have the same setup.

I 2nd what these guys said

I run the same setup.

Be sure to clean out the overflow nipple on the bottom of the airbox after a drenching. (sometimes water will build up in the airbox)

Just take that thing off. I run a carved up lid & snorkel and a K&N on a proflow with outerwear and no nipple on the box and mine does fine. and once i give in to gettin my helmet full of water i dont slow downb for puddles. I am going to add a lil more outer wear fabric to the exterior of my box to try and keep a lil more out of it. in washington its wet all year round im pretty sure. I have never been riding and not been soaked at the end of the day

I just run a K&N filter on my quad, with no snorkle, and I've never had a problem with water, and where I live no matter where you drive you're getting extremely muddy, or soaked.

How much more restrictive is a UNI compared to a K&N? Is there a significant difference in the power they make, and how does a UNI compare in terms of air flow to the stock filter, is it still better with a water repellent prefilter than stock?

Any info about those 1" airbox vents, are the pretty good at keeping water out?

Lastly, How well does that water repellent material work because I see in white bros. online catalog that outerwears makes airbox cover kits where the lid is removed and covered with this material, how about one of these with a pro-flow kit and prefilter on that too?

Let me hear your opinions
Thanks

there isnt a noticeable difference between the uni and k&n (Ive had both), just make sure you get the pro design adapter and jerk that lid off completely. I have ridden through creeks and mud with my lid off and have NEVER gotten anything in the airbox or on the filter. I recommend the foam if you ride in dusty conditions though.
