YES! Inline fuel filters should come stock on every bike! There only about $3.00. There just extra insurance

Hey Speedy, love that Lincoln man! I bought a 77' from a guy in Montana w/87,000 miles on the 460. I drove it from Montana all the way down to California and it only burned like half a quart of oil! I took out the engine, rebuilt it with new heads, headers, intake, carb, pistons and stuffed it into my 55 Ford. Those cars are tanks and REALLY comfortable too! take care of it, that big block will last forever if you change its oil and stuff.

What size is the hose that goes from the gas tank to the carbs, that is probably where you would install it right?
