IS 250CC'S TOO BIG FOR ME??
 

HI, im 15 and am looking toward getting a dirtbike. i was considering an atv but found them to be too expensive. i found a kawasaki kx250 motocross dirtbike that needs a rebuild for $500. the front end is also apart but thats not a big problem. see im looking at it tommorow and cant decided weather to buy it if i like it. i have an older 175CC that weights like 15lbs more. i think the kawasaki will have a huge amount of torque though. i weigh 135lbs. and am like 5'6'' and im not sure if i will be able to handle it. im not worried about the size im more worried about the power. do you think it will have too much power for me. i want something that will not take off really fast if i just baraly tap the gas. thanks. if it's a two stroke it's probably to big for you.

I am about your height and i have ridin a YZ 250. I think it was a bit big for me as i couldnt reach the ground with my feet. they have an unbelieveable amount of tourq and speed it will shoot rite from under you. it is scary fast and it is quite hard to keeop the front end down
