warrior wont start what to do?
I have a yamaha warrior and i cant get it to start. the starter wont start it and i cant even get it to jump off. me and two of my buddies pushed it up and down a hill for almost an hour and we never could get it to run. anything will help, and it is the only thing that i have to do around here. i am going to go out of my mind i havent riddin it in 2 months, and i am bord as hell!!!

the spark plug isnt getting sparks but it would still Jump start wouldnt it? i dont know if it is getting any gas to the carberator...

you do know how to check for spark right?
If you do and doesn't, check the orange wire by the coil. To find the coil, follow ur spark plug cap until you see a black box. Then look check to see if an orange wire is off. If it is, push it back on the metal piece on the coil where it goes. And that's your problem. But I dunno if it's gonna be that simple. Let me know. |

Remember 3 things that must be present in order for a engine to run. AIR FUEL SPARK. If any one of these is missing the engine will not run.

1. Check for spark, Change Spark plug.
2.Drain all gas, Put new gas in. 3. Change Oil Filter, and oil whille your at it. 4.Clean Air Filter, tighten all clamps going to carb. 5.New Fuel Line and New Fuel Filter. 6. Clean out the Carb completely. 7.Compression Test. 8.Return to stock jetting and start over. |
