Hard clutch pull, help

I have a 2000 warrior, clutch is recent, brand new cable, am looking to reduce clutch pull.

It currently has the stock lever setup.

My daughter (14) rides this quad and gets a little arm pump. I ride it, and I must say, the clutch is pretty hard going in. What do you guys recommend for possible lever setups or somthing to reduce effort?

When you did the clutch did you use stiffer springs?

I removed stock springs and installed aftermarket (dont remember which kind). The clutch feel felt the same before and after.

usually the aftermarket springs give a little harder clamping force so they are harder to pull, im going to search around and see if i can find anything that will help and repost later.

I have heard of clutch lever assemblies that reduce effort by 30% or so, just wasn't sure if they were effective or not.
Thanks for your help.

yeah theres one out for the raptor thats 3 way adjustable, it has a setting like stock, then harder and softer, i just don't know if it will work with a warrior, im looking at it now in the rmatv Catalog.

Look for the RTC easy pull clutch lever. We put it on a Banshee with some serious high strength clutch springs and it was a night and day difference. Before I could only ride using the clutch for 20 minutes or so and then would have to rest or just go w/o clutching. After the clutch pull never bothered me again. We tried the MSR easy pull lever first(it was a 'shorty' version) and broke the thing within 10 hours ride time. It also didn't seem to help much, but to be fair the longer lever version would have been a much better choice for that application. You said the clutch was new, did you happen to replace the clutch basket too? If not, I have heard that a grooved/worn basket can make for a real hard pull also.
