Just got finished riding a trail and was on the way back to tha ride when all of the sudden it just started grinding, however it could be the front sprocket b/c it is worn down to jus 13 nubbs and the chain was tight about 3 weeks ago and now it is too lose all of the sudden so it might just need a new front sprocket and a new chain I hope but then again it might need tranny work as well as a front sprocket and chain

SAME THING HAPPENED TO THIS CAT I WAS RIDING WITH, HIS 400EX ALL OF THE SUDDEN STARTED GRINDING BAD......COME TO FIND OUT HIS FRONT SPROCKET NUT CAME LOOSE.
CHECK THAT OUT....ITLL BE ALOT EASIER FIX THAN A TRANNY. GOOD LUCK. |
