I always love the "never seen this before" statement.Take a log of this in and show them the pics if you can.Yamaha did pay for the swingarm but not the labor.If you have the dealer do it remind him to order the bushings.It seems when they changed the design it made it weaker.The 2000-2003's don't seem to have the problem but the arm is defininitely different and it appears not in a good way.Since the replacement neither has broke again and as a matter of fact we just got back from Hatfield/McCoy again this weekend.
