Crossthreaded screw that holds the airfilter on......cant get it off
that is what im wondering if he stripped it out. if you did grab a-hold with a pair of vice-grips and twist it counter clockwise to loosen it.

Crossthreaded screw that holds the airfilter on......cant get it off

Crossthreaded screw that holds the airfilter on......cant get it off
well then either the threads are messed up( that means pull out with a pair of pliers), or there are no threads( again, use pliers) or, there could be a little nut at the end of the bolt that u cant see and it is juust spinning the bolt, and nothing will happen.

There isnt a nut on the other side. The bolt screws into a little plastic thing that looks like a triangular cone and the plastic part is threaded. Maby there is one on the bottom of the plastic deal but if you think about it the filter is prety tall and that doesnt leave n e room for it to go down through the little plastic thing at the bottom, that is why it is a cone shape that sticks up. ( at least i think)
