I ran one in my Blaster last summer and put around 15 hours on it and then my oil injection failed/ got plugged, not really sure but its siezed up. Before that the piston didnt impress me to much. I just put in a pro-x piston and rings kit and i love it.

I also ran one in my old blaster and i personallt thought it was awesome. The motor on that thing was perfect. After i got the motor rebuilt with that in it it ran awesome... I beat the ever-loving crap out of that thing.. and EVERYTHING broke.. pretty much.. but it NEVER needed motor work.. at all... little carb work.. but nothing with the motor.. and was still running strong when i sold it a year and a half later.. It had huge acceleration.. i was running it with a UN Air filter.. Boysen reeds and a DG pipe... not too much mods but i still was able to keep up to my friends 400ex(even after every body part was worn to the MAX) and totally BLOW AWAY my brothers brand new Blaster and my other brothers new 250ex. So yah.. i loved it on my blaster.. if that helps

The power pistons basically just raise your exhaust port by creating a cut out on the piston dome.
