YZ will eat him but if he goes crazy and slaps a 570 NMotion bore and some NOS just in case then then its over for the YZ and any other dirtbike. - maybe and KTM 525

Is their any stock quads out their that will take a YZ in the top speed department? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

There is a speed calculator link somewhere in these posts.....I put in alll of my information for my YZ and my top speed was 93.7mph stock gearing and tire size......BUT I also put it at 9000 RPM, and that is a guess.....(but real close I'm sure.)

Not too sure what some of the stock quads are doing...........arent the rappy's around 90?

HAHA!! Your YZ will not do 93 mph. That bike is geared for MX. You must have entered the wrong value for the final drive ratio. You are over guessing by somewhere around 20 mph.

 

serious......with a 48 rear and a 14 front it goes entirely too fast...I am thinking of going with a 51 or 52....but I entered the values dirrect from my book. .....yet I have no friggin idea what the real top speed is..........that was from that caculator thing
.......Yet my 200x did 60 (know that for a fact) and the YZ will kill that top speed in 4th gear!
